Are You Bored…Again?

Yesterday was Jeremy’s first of many hump-day posts, where he gives you everything you need to avoid the rough, roadblock of a day that is Wednesday.
Being that I don’t have an actual job per se, Thursday has been designated as my very own day of hump. Here you will find multiple interesting stories, a song or two, maybe an engrossing twitter account (not an oxymoron, I checked).
So without further ado, here is some internet related entertainment to hold you over. Check in tomorrow for everything you need to enjoy this weekend in our appropriately titled, ”Weekend Preview”.
And here they are, The Stories YOU Need:
(Best point guard East of the Mississippi; only getting better.)
The Patriots Story You Need (One of the toughest games of the season this Sunday. Here’s a look at what Baltimore has to offer, besides a ravenous defense and the second best quarterback to call himself a Blue Hen)
The Red Sox Story You Need (If you care about the losing streak, stop it.)
The Bruins Story You Need (The puck drops tonight. That’s all I can say here as I know next to nothing about hockey.)
The Song You Need (NEW GHOSTFACE KILLAH!!!)
The Movie Review You Need (Very excited for this film right here. Should be hilarious.)
The Appealing Article You Need (A must read, so just read it.)
The Twitter Account You Need (My personal favorite sports analyst on television.)
Some thoughts on the Celtics, as the season is right around the corner. If you haven’t caught my season preview over at Hoops Addict, make sure you do that first.
But seriously, how excited should you be for Rondo this season? Kevin Garnett has nothing but ridiculous praise for Love Potion #9 (a personal Rondo nickname) who worked on the weakest part of his game all summer long with one of the greatest shooters of the past 30 years.
I’m obviously a HUGE homer, but it just seems silly to say anybody but the Celtics are favorites heading into the season. It’s obviously something worth debating, but the Lakers have a circus like atmosphere circa 2004, the Magic are a huge question mark after losing their most important player and Cleveland’s starting 2-guard is insane.

I totally agree with the premise of ur Celtics predictions. Homer or no homer, anyone with a reasonably average basketball IQ would tell you that the Celtics, Cavs, Lakers, Spurs are probably the NBA Final Four.
By the Way… Thanks for the link up!
